The reservation is final after:

– Receipt of the completed, dated, signed booking contract or acceptance of the general booking conditions at the time of booking on our website.

The simple payment of an advance in no way constitutes a guarantee of reservation. The campsite reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the booking form has not been received within the stipulated time.

All reservations are nominative and non-transferable.

4- Residence regulations, deposit and supplements:

  • Regulations for stay:

The balance of the rental must be paid no later than 30 days before your arrival date.

After this period has passed, if we have not received payment, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and demand payment of the remaining amount due, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

For any reservation made less than 30 days before the arrival date, the entire stay will be due at the time of booking.

  • Warning:

A damage deposit of 300€ will be requested before arrival (non-furnished accommodations are not included). This deposit can be sent by check before arrival or deposited online with a bank card (pre-authorization). A payment link will be sent by email before the stay.

It will be returned 48 hours after the end of the stay, minus any costs for restoring the rental property to its original condition. A 100€ deposit will be retained in the event of incorrect cleaning.

A 100€ damage deposit/mansion deposit will be requested for Premium/Luxury pitches.

• Supplements:

The campsite offers the possibility to add the following supplements to the reservation:

– Linen rental (on reservation): 15€ per bed.
– Towel rental kit (on reservation): 15€ per person
– Baby kit rental (on reservation): 4.50€ per night (cot, bed without mattress,
bathtub) 1.5€ per item.
– Housekeeping package: 100€
– Animal: 5€ per night / per animal

5- VACAF device:

The campsite is VACAF-certified as part of the AVF programs.

Beneficiary customers (who have previously received a letter from their CAF) must report this as soon as possible during the pre-reservation by phone so that the campsite can check the availability of funds and therefore the possibility of applying for the subsidies. They must then enter their beneficiary number in the section of the contract intended for this purpose.

In accordance with the general terms of application established by VACAF:

– At least one adult and one child must be present during the stay. In the event that this condition is ultimately not met upon the client’s arrival, the VACAF benefits will not be applied and the client will be required to pay the amount corresponding to the reduction provided.
– The reimbursement is only validated upon receipt of the deposit by the campsite. The deposit requested of 25% is calculated on the total price of the stay unless the VACAF reimbursement exceeds 70% of the total (in this case the customer will only pay the remaining part at their own expense).
– The invoice will necessarily bear the name and contact details of the recipient
beneficiary of the aid.
– The assistance is only provided for the person and the duration covered; therefore, any accompanying persons and/or additional nights are entirely the responsibility of the client.
– The amount of the aid is always deducted when paying the balance.
– It is not possible to combine two subsidies for the same accommodation. In the case of two families receiving the subsidies, the campsite will offer to book two accommodations so that both subsidies can be applied, or only the most advantageous subsidy of the two will be applied to the customer.

In the event of cancellation, the applicable fees are those mentioned in paragraph 7 of these general booking conditions.
6- Modification of stay:

You have the option to change your stay up to 14 days before arrival, subject to availability, possibilities and the current rates.
If the amount of the new stay is lower than that of the initial reservation, no refund of the difference will be made. Conversely, if the amount of the new stay is higher, a supplement will be required.
